Registration and Login
Registration
How do I register for my inCircle community?
On your community inCircle home page, directly below the inCircle login section, is the Having Trouble? section. Within the Having Trouble? section is a link for Registered. Please click on the Registered link which will take you to the registration process. Registering for inCircle is a 3 step process - verify, setup account, and start profile.

1) Verify
The verification process prompts you to fill out several fields that will authenticate your association with the given organization/community. If you have forgotten or do not know the information that is required for verification (ie. all fields marked with an asterisk) then please contact your organization administrator via the Need Help? link located on the right-hand side of the page.

2) Setup Account
Setting up an account involves a user entering a username and password. The username and password can be changed at a later time.
NOTE: If the community uses a login designated by the university or organization, he or she will need to contact the organization in order to change username and password.

3) Start Profile
Starting a user profile prompts a user to fill out some basic profile information.

Password
How do I reset my password if I have forgotten it and can't login?
If a user wants to reset his or her password, he or she needs to click on the RESET IT link located in the Having Trouble? section of the Homepage and perform the following steps:

1) Specify email that is on-file with inCircle
2) Follow the link in the password reset email to the reset page.
3) Specify new password
NOTE: For communities with organization designated logins, you will have to contact your alumni organization to reset the password.

I can't login to my inCircle community?
Here are the possible culprits.

1) Never registered for community.
Please follow the steps necessary to register for a community.

2) Incorrect password.
Please follow the steps to reset the password.

NOTE: The username corresponds to the primary email address associated with your account, so this will either be the email address you originally signed up with or one that you designated as primary from the Settings page.
